- Strong understanding of short-form video trends across TikTok, IG Reels & Shorts
- An ability to use data to iterate on content ideas (net new, repurposing)
- Experience owning or supporting organic social growth at a DTC brand
- Graphic design experience for static social feed content
- Ability to craft narratives and scripts that feel human and non-corporate
- Aesthetic sensibility aligned with vintage, heritage, and craft-driven brands
- Experience managing creative contributors (video editors, designers, etc.)
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable owning an entire function
